Shipping policy

Our current order processing time is 2-5 business days for in-stock merchandise. For all CUSTOMIZED items like VIRUS ID, processing time is 1-2 weeks as all of these orders are printed to order. If an item is out of stock, processing time may be longer as our customer service team will contact you directly for any substitutes or order options if there are any out of stock items. During this processing time, your online order is transferred to our fulfillment center, packed up safely, and assigned tracking. Orders are not deliverable on Sundays or Holidays. Free Domestic US Shipping for $190 USD or more. Free International shipping on orders of $400 USD or more. 

Please note:

• "2ND-Day Expedited" and "Next Day Priority" shipping methods indicates the transit time (in business days, not including weekends and holidays) after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier. It does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center, this is still 1-3 business days. 

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If your order has experienced a delay in shipment, which exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please contact us at help@virusintl.com.
